The client –

Our client, a long established small firm located in Dublin City requires a conveyancing solicitor with one/ two years PQE to work directly alongside a partner.

Role responsibilities –

The core responsibilities of the position will be –

• Residential and commercial conveyancing;
• Commercial leases;
• Landlord and tenant issues (Commercial and residential)
• Title investigation and rectification;
• Drafting and negotiating banking and security documentation
• Some experience of Probate is advantageous but not essential

 
Candidate Profile –

• Qualified Solicitor experienced working in residential and commercial conveyancing
• Ability to handle a number of high volume conveyancing files
• Strong communication skills
