Our client is a leading Property Investment and Trading Group, with an established track record of asset management, acquisitions, and trading of a complex value-added estate across Ireland and the UK.
They require an experienced Executive Assistant/ Office Manager to join their team.
The role will be offered on a permanent, part-time basis. 25hrs/week, Monday to Friday (09.00-14.00). A presence is required in the office therefore remote working is not possible.

They require an experienced Executive Assistant/ Office Manager to join their team.

Executive Assistant duties include:
- Diary management, handling messages, letter writing, expenses;
- Travel arrangements: flights, hotels, car hire etc;
- Renewal of personal obligations, such as car tax, NCT, permits, licences, etc;
- Ad hoc personal duties as required;
- Assist accountant in gathering all info for personal tax return.
Office Management:
- Answer phones, arrange post/couriers, welcome visitors, meeting tea/coffee, arrange meetings when required;
- Manage office IT requirements (hardware/software) and office equipment in conjunction with suppliers;
- Ensure office stocked with stationary, cleaning products, catering supplies, water etc;
- Management of cleaner for office and all properties;
- Organise any corporate entertainment;
- Manage company mobile phones, utility accounts, phone system and broadband;
- Analyse and maintain company credit card breakdowns;
- Maintain records for staff annual leave;
- Manage Petty cash;
- Office filing both electronic and paper.
Qualifications:
- 10yrs experience in a similar role with a proven level of professionalism;
- An interest in property and investment;
- Be extremely organised, efficient and able to multi-task;
- Be able to work on their own and within a small team;
- Be technically savvy with IT, telecoms and MS office systems;
- Strong team player who builds trust, confidence, and works collaboratively
- Experience in managing sensitive information in a confidential manner;
- Third level degree or similar level of experience.
