We are a recruitment company based in Dublin 2 seeking to hire a Billing Administrator to join our busy Finance department.
The successful candidate will be enthusiastic, excellent communicator and have a strong attention to detail.
Key responsibilities
- Preparation and processing of invoices and associated documentation.
- Allocation of monies against client accounts.
- Chasing outstanding debt in a timely manner.
- Dealing with debtor queries.
- Maintain contact with customers by phone and email.
- Provide assistance to finance department as required.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a finance department, minimum of 1 year.
- Must have a good understanding of excel and good computer skills.
- Strong numerical skills.
- Strong attention to details, strong organisational skills and proactive approach to problem-solving.
- A keen interest in wanting to learn about the AR side of the business.
- Good work ethic.
Benefits:
- €28,000 to €32,000 per annum DOE.
