Billing Administrator
We are a recruitment company based in Dublin 2 seeking to hire a Billing Administrator to join our busy Finance department.
The successful candidate will be enthusiastic, excellent communicator and have a strong attention to detail.

Key responsibilities
  • Preparation and processing of invoices and associated documentation.
  • Allocation of monies against client accounts.
  • Chasing outstanding debt in a timely manner.
  • Dealing with debtor queries.
  • Maintain contact with customers by phone and email.
  • Provide assistance to finance department as required.

Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a finance department, minimum of 1 year.
  • Must have a good understanding of excel and good computer skills.
  • Strong numerical skills.
  • Strong attention to details, strong organisational skills and proactive approach to problem-solving.
  •  A keen interest in wanting to learn about the AR side of the business.
  • Good work ethic.

Benefits:
  • €28,000 to €32,000 per annum DOE.
