Meet Patrick
In 2017 Patrick O'Rourke founded Clarity Search Partners — a specialist recruitment firm focused on Audit, Tax, and Advisory roles across Ireland, the UK, and further afield.
Patrick has 15 years’ experience working in the Irish recruitment industry. He has refined his skills and expertise working in Dublin-based recruitment firms, including start-up/ boutique and large staffing firms. Patrick has a proven track record providing a consistent, professional recruitment service to a wide range of organisations which include accountancy firms, PLCs, banking institutions, international and domestic insurers.
Patrick has a BA in Economics and Politics from University College Dublin (UCD) and an MA in Security and Conflict Studies from Dublin City University (DCU). Patrick has a Diploma in Personal and Business Coaching from the Irish Lifecoach Institute (ILI). Patrick is supported by an offshore team led by Ruby Olalo.
Outside of work, Patrick is a frustrated but ever hopeful golfer in St Anne’s Golf Club on Bull Island in North Dublin, still laces up the rugby boots a couple of times a year for the veteran’s team in Clontarf RFC and enjoys spending time with his family and friends.
