Our architectural teams create new generation lifestyle environments for the hotel, residential and commercial sectors.
They are currently looking for a Senior Accounts Technician/ Office Manager to join their team of over 20 people in their Dublin City office.

They are currently looking for a Senior Accounts Technician/ Office Manager to join their team of over 20 people in their Dublin City office.
The role –
The position with have three core components –
Accounts –
- End to end bookkeeping, reconciliations and invoicing for directors (circa 30 per month)
- Revenue returns – PAYE, VAT, CT returns
- Assisting in the preparation of year end returns for external accountant
- Managing collections in an effective/ polite manner
- Enhancing controls to ensure timely payments
- Working with/ having oversight of an Office Administrator to ensure the office is running smoothly day to day
- Using SAGE Coretime to for timesheets and accurate reporting for the directors

About you –
- Have a minimum of 5 years’ experience in an Accounts Assistant/ Technician role
- Comfortable working with senior stakeholders within a business
- Strong communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Experience working with Sage 50 and Coretime
- Qualified Accounting Technician (or equivalent)
